Exhibition Description

Figure is posed with their body facing towards us but their face is turned away. Fast movement of gestural brush strokes that wrap around the curves, muscles and skin of the figure, with a pattern of single brush strokes on the left. Bright red colour that draws you in to inspect the strokes and movement within the body. Note that this is painted on the newspaper section “Help Wanted, Females”, with a woman figure painted front and center of the newspaper.
