Both Archer and the University of Regina Alumni group successfully created virtual book clubs to engage online with the campus community and beyond. This provided an opportunity for cross promotion of events. In November 2020, Archer was proud to work with the University of Regina Alumni on University of Regina Alumni and Friends virtual Fireside chat with author Jesse Thistle. Paul Daigle, University Librarian at the First Nations University of Canada acted as guest moderator as the author discussed his memoir, From the Ashes.
